Former CEO of MCI and founder of Corviglia fund - $500 million. Other experience: Private Equity Managers (PEM) and Bank Handlowy.

Previously in banking sector - 15 years in the Santander Group, where in Poland he was responsible for marketing in the consumer business, in 2016-2020 he was a member of the management board responsible for Santander's business in Benelux. He also worked, among others, as a journalist in "Puls Biznesu" and was a marketing advisor of the Management Board of Noble Bank.

Carlo Enrico is a global investor, advisor, and board member with 30 years of experience in financial services. Currently advising VC and PE firms across Europe, the USA, and Latam, Carlo previously served as President of Latin America for Mastercard, where he sat on the Global Executive Management Committee. His leadership background includes serving as CEO of BancoPosta and COO of Banco di Sicilia, following an early career at Goldman Sachs.
