Gründer von WP2 Investments (Aktionär von Verestro). Zuvor im Bankensektor tätig – 15 Jahre bei der Santander-Gruppe, wo er in Polen für das Marketing im Verbrauchergeschäft verantwortlich war. Von 2016 bis 2020 war er Vorstandsmitglied und verantwortlich für das Geschäft von Santander in den Benelux-Ländern. Er arbeitete unter anderem auch als Journalist bei „Puls Biznesu“ und war Marketingberater des Vorstands der Noble Bank.

Carlo Enrico ist ein globaler Investor, Berater und Aufsichtsratsmitglied mit 30 Jahren Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor. Er berät derzeit Venture-Capital- und Private-Equity-Gesellschaften in Europa, den USA und Lateinamerika. Zuvor war er Präsident von Mastercard Lateinamerika und Mitglied des Global Executive Management Committee. Seine Führungserfahrung umfasst Positionen als CEO der BancoPosta und COO der Banco di Sicilia, nachdem er seine Karriere bei Goldman Sachs begonnen hatte.
