Con aproximadamente 30 años de experiencia en el sector financiero, 20 años en banca y 10 años en capital privado/capital riesgo. Cofundador y exvicepresidente de Alior Bank, PeKaO SA y PKN Orlen. Exdirector ejecutivo de MCI y fundador del fondo Corviglia (500 millones de dólares). Experiencia adicional: Gestores de capital privado (PEM) y Bank Handlowy.

Carlo Enrico es un inversor, asesor y miembro del consejo global con 30 años de experiencia en servicios financieros. Actualmente asesora a firmas de capital riesgo y privado en Europa, EE. UU. y Latinoamérica. Anteriormente, Carlo fue presidente de Mastercard para Latinoamérica, donde formó parte del Comité Ejecutivo Global. Su trayectoria en liderazgo incluye el cargo de CEO de BancoPosta y COO de Banco di Sicilia, tras iniciar su carrera en Goldman Sachs.
