
Your responsibilities

Prepare and update sales materials, including offers, presentations, contracts, and annexes

Support the sales team with documentation, formalities, and process accuracy at every stage of the sales cycle

Organize and coordinate meetings, calls, and client-facing materials
-
Maintain effective communication with clients and partners on formal and administrative matters
-
Update and manage data in the CRM system
-
Monitor contract-related deadlines (signatures, annexes, renewals, payments) and follow up with the sales team or clients
-
Keep sales documentation organized, accurate, and compliant with company procedures
-
Collaborate closely with other departments (marketing, operations, product, finance) to ensure seamless processes
-
Assist in preparing materials for tenders, RFPs, and presentations for both new and existing clients
-
Monitor market trends and competition, gathering insights to support offer preparation
Requirements
-
Previous experience in administrative work or sales support (experience in finance/technology is a plus but not required)

Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
-
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
-
Good command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
-
Ability to prepare professional sales documents (offers, contracts, presentations)

Eagerness to learn and support various aspects of sales operations
